By placing your order, you agree to be responsible for the customs clearance for the goods purchased. If you refuse to pay the customs charges the parcel will be returned to us and you may be liable to pay additional shipping charges to cover this additional fee. Please allow 21 days for any refunds.
As the purchaser of the goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported.
Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at ports for customs purposes and that we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free of signs of tampering.
Please note that additional delivery charges will apply for the below regions: Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland – we may contact customers directly for any additional delivery charges.

EXPERIENCES
All attendees on our tours will have to sign a waiver form in advance of their tour. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend the drink experiences. If you need to cancel a tour booking, please do so with at least 48 hours’ notice in order to receive a full refund or to change your book to a different date. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or change the date of any experiences you placed with us.
